Why CRMC
The atmosphere in this hospital and office is pleasant, peaceful, caring. Having a good culture in the workplace is not an accident; it is soon lost if not nurtured from the top. Good culture leads to better outcomes and experience for all. I have respect for the leaders, providers and all the staff that make this a lovely place to work and to receive our medical care.
Outside the Office
I am married to Christina Tinker. We live in rural Caney, Kansas. Our primary interests are religious observance, parish activities and family life. We have chickens and dogs. We grow herbs and a few vegetables. Christina and I both like to cook.
The Tinker ancestry is Osage, the family center is Pawhuska, Oklahoma. When I finished medical training, I came to Bartlesville, OK to start the practice which grew into BlueStem Cardiology. I transferred practice to CRMC in 2022.
